You will refrain from all expressions of bigotry, hatred, homophobia, racism and excessive use of foul language. Subecity administrators will read any messages stored on or sent from your account relating to any reports of abuse.

You will not encourage others to purposefully give low ratings to other members or any other activities that are in breach of our Terms and Conditions.

You will not use Subecity 's  services to perform any illegal activities. You cannot use Mix and date's  services to post, publish, distribute or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene or other unlawful material or information.

Subecity  will hand over all of your account data and any other information to any law enforcement agency on request.

Subecity 's  services are for personal use only and may not be using in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that specifically endorsed or approved by Subecity 's . Collection of usernames or e-mail addresses of our members for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail or other means is strictly prohibited. The posting, publishing or uploading of commercial advertisements, affiliate links or other forms of solicitation to Subecity 's services is strictly prohibited.

The use of any scripts or tools to perform automated tasks or floods of commands to our servers is strictly prohibited.
